• We only mail kits once you have purchased your design.
• Plan to use your clay within one month of receiving your kit.
• Normally, we ship a kit within 7 business days of your order and can't guarantee that you'll receive it by a specific date. If there is a window of time that you'll be seeing your loved ones for printing, contact us first to see if you'll receive your kit by then - rush fees may apply.
• Kit includes 1st class postage paid packaging to return your impressions to us (U.S. orders). All finished Love Touch designs require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

• Prices on this website override all other pricing of our products that you may see elsewhere.
• Orders of $75 or more require a signature upon delivery. 
• All codes used for Reps, Discounts, Shipping, etc. are case-sensitive/no spaces. Discount codes do not apply after their expiration date. 
• Orders from outside the U.S.: We require tracking your shipped package. The extra cost of this is reflected during check out.
• Contact us directly for rush orders or design variations. Variations of our online designs may require a consultation and a $75 fee applies.
