We have a private viewing gallery for exclusive custom designs not shown on our website. These designs start at $350 and are extra amazing! If you'd like consultation for designs that may be less than $350 (i.e., designs that incorporate charms that you have already purchased from us or any designs that can't be ordered directly off our site), this consultation fee applies. 

• $75 non-refundable consultation fee applies to one week of unlimited phone and email dialogue. This fee is in addition to the cost of your design.
• We will contact you by phone within a few days of your deposit. We will give you access to a photo gallery of examples at this time and help you co-design a piece.  
• Design details and payment balance are finalized within a week of your phone call, so please only pay your deposit when you are ready to roll. Serious inquiries only.
• We only provide pricing information during your consultation time.
