  • Placing an order implies that you understand the nature of our handcrafted products, repair warranty and our 'no return/refund/exchange' policy for CUSTOM orders (see Customer Service).

    Regarding NON-CUSTOM orders, these options are available within 2 weeks of receipt for items in their original condition: 1) Exchanges or adjustments/resizing are offered free of charge (shipping is extra). 2) it is not customary for us to issue refunds for such items. A 20% chargeback fee is assessed in such instances.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.
