• Placing an order implies that you understand the nature of our handcrafted products, repair warranty and our 'no return/refund/exchange' policy for CUSTOM orders (see Customer Service).

  For non-custom orders: We purchase components needed to process your order once your order is placed. As such, if you cancel your order while we are processing it, you may receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee.
